Bookings & Payments

Please give at least 2-3 weeks notice for celebration cakes and everyday bakes, and at least 3-4 months notice for weddings, catering and lessons/demos, as I do get booked up in advance. 

The prices in the price section are a guideline, as final costs depend on flavours and designs. Payment in full is taken via bank transfer upon booking confirmation. The reserved slot will be automatically released after 48 hours if the monies are not received. Wedding cake bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your order. All sales are final. 


Servings & Allergens

Suggested servings are approximate, and are based on smaller event-style portions for wedding cakes, and larger party-sized pieces for celebration cakes. 

Note that while I can offer certain free-from products, I do work in an kitchen shared with cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sulphites, mustard, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. Please ask prior to booking regarding any allergen or food intolerance questions.


Collection & Storage

Collection is from my premises just outside of Oakham, Rutland (LE15). I can offer local delivery for an additional fee, depending on timescales.

All my cakes should be kept in a cool place (or fridge, particularly those with fresh fruit) away from direct sunlight, between collection and serving. However, they’re best eaten at room temperature, so remove from the fridge (if using) an hour prior. Please note that any decorative fresh flowers may start to wilt if the cake is not served on the day.
